Great Hotel Experience
friendly staff restaurant reservation multiple item hotel amenities
I found the staff very friendly. Laura and neville at reception was helpful. Neville explained the hotel amenities, also he helped with restaurant reservations. Breakfast included many items such as eggs, bacon, scones, pastries, cereals and yogurt.
The bath towel in the room seemed dirty. I think it was used before.

i arrived earlier than expected, and the staff accommodated an early check-in and a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful king room. the room was clean.. i found the bed very comfortable after my journey. everything was in perfect order.
the breakfast options felt mediocre, lacking some variety .

i found the reception staff quite helpful at check-in. the room offered comfortable beds and pillows. the breakfast service was attentive, and the coffee was excellent. i particularly enjoyed that the staff put me in a good mood each morning.

the staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent! the main areas had nice decorations. the bed was comfy.

awesome gym smoothie shots breakfast buffet ski machine
i explored the awesome gym. i spotted 3 squat racks, also rowers. a ski machine was available with many dumbbells. breakfast had a fantastic buffet, it included oatmeal and smoothie shots.
i found only one small shower gel per day. i needed to save it between us. i also noticed just one hook in the bathroom.

the location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions i could easily walk to trinity college the staff was consistently friendly and helpful they addressed my requests efficiently
the hallways leading to the rooms felt somewhat dated the beds had noticeable dents affecting comfort i was given a smaller room than expected this seemed like a compromise

I appreciated the early check-in. It was complimentary. This was helpful after a long flight. The bar downstairs presented a great atmosphere and tasty drinks. The hotel's gym included squat racks and a dumbbell collection. It was one of the best hotel gyms I've ever seen.
