I found the staff very friendly. Laura and neville at reception was helpful. Neville explained the hotel amenities, also he helped with restaurant reservations. Breakfast included many items such as eggs, bacon, scones, pastries, cereals and yogurt.
The bath towel in the room seemed dirty. I think it was used before.
